This jet-flow type continuous anti-pilling anti-shrinking machine is a high efficient engineering anti-pilling machine used for anti-pilling fabric processing and treatment. The jet-flow method of this machine is a kind of anti-pilling processing treatment achieved by using hot and cold air supply device to provide hot and cold air and generate air jet-flow to spread the fabric, allowing the fabric to make use of the movement principles of generating dithering and beating through using air turbulent flow to obtain kneading ,twisting and anti-pilling effects on the surface of the fabric,and giving high anti-pilling quality to the fabric, so that a beautiful anti-pilling functionality is generated on the fabric surface. Working principle
The working principle of the machine is based on aerodynamics. It is air-powered and uses powerful air flow under high temperature and high pressure conditions to inhale the fabric in rope-type into the machine tube and kneaded and twisted by air in the tube, then jets the fabric out to let it generate puffing in the process of decompression, And then the machine puts the fabric evenly on a steel plate to vibrate it and lets it accept heat drying, anti-pilling and cooling treatments respectively, and makes the fabric to generate peristalsis by means of vibration to obtain anti-pilling effect. The innovative unique feature of the machine is that these three treatment processes are completed in an instant and conducted cyclically based on cycle theory, so continuous anti-pilling operations can be achieved. Since the fabric is conveyed and handled by air without any machine traction, completely prevents the fabric from crease, friction, and defacement phenomena resulted in the whole finishing process, and also improves the processing efficiency and energy-saving effects at the same time.
